Dynamic Supply Inc. offers a 30 day return policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified. Inkjet printers are an exception to this policy.

Any inkjet printer or inkjet package sold by Dynamic Supply Inc. may not be returned under this policy. You may return new, unopened items for a full refund. If the product has been used we must authorize it. All items returned are subject to evaluation and inspection. A customer must contact Dynamic Supply Inc. about product defects, shortages and exceptions within 5 days or the order is considered complete.

A customer service representative at Dynamic will issue you a return material authorization number (RMA). Once you receive this number the product must be returned within 10 days.

Due to processing, receiving, and credit card fees all returns are subject to a 5% re-stocking charge. Electrical items, parts and custom orders may not be returned. All return boxes must be clearly marked (on the outside) with the RMA # and must be sent freight prepaid. Items not clearly marked or sent freight collect will be refused.

How to Return

1. Fill out the contact us form and describe the reason for the return in the comment box or contact a Customer Service Representative at (800) 967-4070.
   
2. Please include your company name, invoice number or original order number.
   
3. We will issue you a return material authorization number.
   
4. Ship item freight prepaid. You are responsible for return shipping and reshipment cost. We urge you to use a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your credit or exchange request.

In the effort to ensure the most competitive rates and delivery time to our customers, Dynamic Supply Inc. has developed the following freight policy.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depends on the option you choose, the weight of the item, and where the order is going. Shipping rates are based on order weight, and UPS shipping zones. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then proceed to checkout. Your final shipping charge will be determined on current UPS pricing. If UPS is lower than shirtprintingsupplies.com your freight will be lowered to that amount. The total will never go up.
